To enroll in Online Banking for the first time you need to sign an enrollment request. This can be done by stopping by any branch. You can also request a form be sent to you by using the "Request Info" button at the top of this page.Once you sign the request you can fax it to Customer Service at 863-983-5043. Be sure to include an active e-mail address as the instructions to log in will be e-mailed to you. If you prefer you can also mail the form to P.O. Box 1237, Clewiston, FL 33440.

First Bank cannot provide technical/IT support for individual customer computers. We make every effort to communicate to our users if there is an issue that affects access to the system as a whole. However, if it is determined that the access issue is limited a particular computer (meaning that the user can successfully log in at another computer), It will be the responsibility of the computer owner to have the issue corrected with that computer. While we may provide some suggestions of ideas as to what the problem may be, we will not be responsible for correcting the issue.
