Thomas C. Perry, Jr.
Director of the Board
Thomas C. Perry, Jr. has served as a Director since 2000. He brings more than three decades of engineering and agricultural experience in South Florida. Mr. Perry is President of Johnson-Prewitt & Associates, Inc., where he oversees engineering design, permitting, and construction for a wide range of projects, including water management systems, agricultural developments, and infrastructure improvements.
A licensed Professional Engineer and Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Florida, Mr. Perry has been the engineer of record for over 100 permitted projects across Glades, Hendry, Collier, and Palm Beach counties. He also serves as District Engineer for multiple special districts providing irrigation and drainage to more than 100,000 acres of agricultural land.
In addition to his professional work, Mr. Perry is actively involved in regional planning and community development initiatives and is a partner in a family farming operation in South Florida.
He holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Florida.
