Jaime Weisinger
Director of the Board
Jaime Weisinger has served as a Director since 2022. He brings extensive experience in agriculture, business operations, and strategic leadership, with a long-standing career in family-owned farming enterprises and related industries.
Mr. Weisinger has been involved with Lipman Family Farms since 1997 and continues to play an active role in its operations. Prior to that, he worked with Weis-Buy Farms from 1994 to 1997 and began his career with North American Mortgage Company from 1993 to 1994. His background provides a strong foundation in agribusiness, finance, and organizational management.
He is actively engaged in numerous industry and community organizations. His service includes Chairman of the South Florida Ag Council, Executive Committee and Board Member of RCMA, Board Member of the Naples Botanical Garden with involvement on the Horticulture Committee, and Board Member of Taste of Immokalee. He is also a member of the Florida Land Council and serves on the advisory committee for the FGCU Water School, as well as the FGCU Agribusiness Center Board. In addition, he serves on the executive committee for the Farm City BBQ.
Mr. Weisinger holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston University. He has also completed the Agribusiness Seminar at Harvard University and the Executive Program in Corporate Strategy at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
